Corporate Massage - Delivered to Your Office

A corporate massage is just as the name suggests – massage performed in a corporate environment. This includes workplace massage, where 1 or more qualified therapists come directly to your office. Corporate massage services include seated desk massages, where employees can remain fully clothed at their stations. Blys also offers specialised chair massages, which are ergonomically optimised with a headrest and chest support to allow therapists to target the most troublesome back, neck and shoulder pain. A massage table can also be provided and set up at your discretion to provide full-body massages to those in need. Corporate massages go by a number of different terms, including office massages and corporate event massage. We provide three main types:

• Roving Massage: A clothed massage performed at your desk in your office chair.
• Chair Massage: Our most popular option, a massage chair can fit in small spaces and allows staff to completely relax while getting treated.
• Table Massage: If you would prefer longer sessions (over 30 mins), and have a private room available this option might be the one for you! The therapist will provide the towels, oils and necessary equipment.

The space required will depend on the massage treatment booked:

• A desk massage or roving massage requires no dedicated space — the therapist simply massages at the desk.
• A chair massage requires at least 3ft x 5ft of space.
• A table massage requires at least 6.5ft x 6.5ft of space.

• Roving massage or desk massage can be a minimum of 5 mins
• Chair massage can be a minimum of 10 mins
• Table massage can be a minimum of 30 mins

We require 48 hours' notice to secure your booking.

All confirmed group bookings (including but not limited to bookings for offices/teams, events, and other groups of 4 or more people) will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee if cancelled after the booking has been confirmed. Additionally:

• 48–72 hours prior to the scheduled booking start time = 20% fee
• 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled booking start time = 50% fee
• Within 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking start time = 100% fee

All therapists on the Blys platform are carefully vetted and must complete a comprehensive onboarding process before joining the platform. We require providers to have relevant experience for the services they offer, valid insurance and police checks. We also have an internal rating system for our providers, which helps you decide which therapists to book for your event.

Corporate massage services may be 100% tax deductible if offered free to staff (pending approval from your company's finance team). However, health insurers do not usually provide rebates for in-office massage.

Booking for an office event or just for your team can be quite challenging, however, as a general rule, the uptake of massage is around 70%. So, if you have an office of around 50 people, you should expect around 35 attendees. If you consider 15 minutes of seated massage for each of the 35 team members, this would be around 9 hours in total. This is just a tentative guide, and it is a good idea to ask around the workplace in advance to gauge the interest.
