You can book a group session for almost any occasion. Popular events include conferences, conventions, birthdays, hen's parties, and workplace wellness days.

Send us an enquiry and our team will get back to you with a quote. Your provider will arrive at the agreed location and time with everything needed for the session. A standard massage setup includes a massage chair, face cradle, sanitising wipes, and hand sanitiser; table massage may also include massage oil, while chair massage is performed fully clothed with no oil. Group sessions can include as many guests as you like, with individual treatments typically running 5–15 minutes or longer depending on group size.

Chair massage is the most common choice for larger events, performed in a portable massage chair that targets the head, neck, shoulders, and back. Table massage suits smaller or more personal events like hen's or bucks' parties, bridal showers, or baby showers, and allows for a longer, full-body session. For large-scale events, massage can also be performed in regular seating if that's what's available. Providers will do a brief check-in beforehand to ask about problem areas and pressure preference, so each guest gets a session suited to them.

Chair massage needs a space of at least 1.5m x 1m. Table massage needs at least 2.5m x 1.5m.

Yes. You can ask your provider to use your own products or equipment, and share notes on individual guests so each treatment is tailored to their preferences.

Confirmed group bookings, including office and team bookings and any booking of 4 or more people, carry a 10% cancellation fee once confirmed. Cancelling closer to the session costs more:

• 48–72 hours before the start time: 20% fee
• 24–48 hours before the start time: 50% fee
• Within 24 hours of the start time: 100% fee

Every provider on Blys completes an onboarding process before joining the platform. We require relevant experience or qualifications for the services they offer, valid insurance, and a police check. Blys also runs an internal rating system, so you can check reviews before booking.

Providers bring equipment to your session, so parking on-site is preferred. If that's not available, let us know the nearest parking spot and whether any costs need to be covered.

We need 48 hours notice to secure a group booking.

Group bookings are paid in advance. You can pay by credit card, or we can raise an invoice and email it to you.

Yes. The Blys app makes it easy to rebook a provider you've used before.

Yes. From 48 hours before your booking start time, you can message your provider through the app's chat function. Open the app, go to your upcoming bookings, select your booking, and tap "message provider." Your provider may also message you beforehand to check any details that'll help them prepare for your session.
