Add Treatment Notes for Recipients ?

Written by Published on: November 22, 2024 Last Updated: September 17, 2025 No Comments

At Blys, we’re always looking for ways to make your wellness experience smoother and more personalised. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce Treatment Notes—a new feature that lets you add all those little details about your recipients to help therapists, beauty and wellness experts work their magic.

Whether it’s a “I prefer gentle pressure” note or a “My back’s been sore for weeks, so let’s focus on that” type of situation, now you can share it all with your provider beforehand. Not only does this make sessions extra special, but it also helps the wellness experts customise their approach to fit exactly what the recipient needs. From allergies to injuries, to how much chit-chat they want while they get the treatment—you can now convey it all.

Pro Tip: Keep those notifications on for news and promotions. Trust us, you don’t want to miss out on the latest from Blys!

How It Works

1. Go to your Profile on the Blys web app and navigate to the Recipients tab.

2. Click on Edit next to the name of the recipient for whom you’re booking the treatment.

3. Select Treatment Notes.

4. Click on Add Note.

5. Then, add your recipients’ preferences based on the type of service.

These notes will be included in all the future bookings, so your provider will always be in the know—no more repeating yourself! ?
