Verification

To ensure the safety of our community, all independent service providers must meet the following verification requirements before being approved to offer services on the Blys platform.
Before onboarding
Strict approval process Service providers on the Blys platform undergo a thorough application and verification process to ensure they meet our high standards before being approved to offer their services.
Police checks A verified Police Check is mandatory through our trusted partner, Checked Australia, and must be completed using the link provided by Blys.
Qualification checks Qualification documents of service providers are thoroughly reviewed by the Blys team.
Registered business details Service providers are required to provide their registered business details, including a valid ABN or Australian Business Number. If they don’t have one, Blys provides a link to easily register.
Public liability insurance checks It is mandatory for service providers to have Public Liability Insurance. If they don’t have coverage, Blys provides a link to register through our trusted insurance partner, Upcover.
Initial phone-screening The Blys team will contact service providers directly regarding the submission and verification of their required documents.
Follow-up session A follow-up session is conducted to assess service providers’ equipment, professionalism, and technique to ensure they meet Blys’ standards.
During
Client Rating & Review System Once a service provider joins the Blys platform, we use the in-app Client Rating & Review system to continuously monitor and ensure they maintain the highest level of service quality.
After
Customer support After a session with a service provider, clients can easily reach out to Blys Customer Support for any assistance or feedback, ensuring a seamless experience.

Insurance

Blys has partnered with Australian insurance partner upcover.

With upcover’s insurance cover for independent massage and beauty service providers, hairdressers and wellness professionals, providers using Blys can now protect themselves and their clients by purchasing both professional indemnity and public and product liability at one affordable combined price.
