How do I redeem my Corporate Gift Voucher?
Simply place your booking on our website or our mobile app, and use the voucher code provided in your massage gift certificate at checkout.
Are there any restrictions about Blys locations?
Please make sure the person you’re buying a Blys gift voucher for has available providers in their area. You can check this by heading to our provider directory.
What if I want to cancel my Gift Voucher?
We offer a seven-day cancellation policy on all purchased gift vouchers provided they haven’t been redeemed yet. If you would like to cancel your gift voucher purchase, please email us at hello@getblys.com quoting the voucher code.
How long is my corporate gift voucher valid for?
Your recipient will have 3 years to redeem their massage gift voucher from the date of purchase.
Can the recipient pick the massage date?
Yes. We include a voucher code in your massage gift certificate. Your friend can simply select their preferred massage date and location, and add the voucher code at checkout (on our website or our mobile app) to redeem their gift.
