Backup date and time
Get your bookings accepted faster with our new backup date and time feature. Here’s how you select a plan B for when plan A doesn’t work out in three easy steps:
Step 1: Book your session and select your preferred date and time and backup date and time. ?
Step 2: Blys will post your booking request to all of the independent mobile providers in your area and send a confirmation email when your provider accepts. ?
Step 3: Sit back and relax. Your provider is on their way. ?

Update Confirmed and Pending Bookings
Request date and time changes to your confirmed and pending booking straight from your Blys account.
A change request can be made from either you or your provider, but needs to be approved by the other party to ensure you both agree to the new date & time.
? Reminder: The cancellation policy will still apply if a last minute date or time change is declined by the other party and you’re unable to make the original time.

To communicate with your provider before the treatment we’ve opened the chat function within the app 48 hours prior to your appointment for massage and beauty bookings. This means you and your provider can confirm details about what you want for your treatment, and send inspiration photos. ?
