Our chat feature, previously only available on our mobile app, is now available on the website too. Now you can talk with your provider seamlessly, wherever you are, from your mobile or your computer.
Whether you need to discuss appointment details, share urgent information to your provider, or send image references for your booked service, you can now do it on the Blys website with just a few clicks. It’s like having a direct line to your wellness pro!
To protect your money and your privacy, never accept payments or communicate outside of the Blys website or app.
How it works
1. Place a booking through the Blys website.
2. Access the chat feature under your booking details. The feature will be available within 48 hours of your appointment during a normal booking session. If you have a direct booking with a pro or a re-booking, you can chat with your pro at any point in time. If you have browsed our list of providers near your location and chosen one, or if you have chosen a provider you booked previously, then it’s considered a direct booking.
3. Send messages or images directly to your provider.
We will send you emails and notifications for when you receive new messages. You can check details by logging in to the website or app.
