I'm active and athletic and get a lot of massages as part of an important health and self-care routine that I provide to myself on a regular basis. I can honestly say that the "body mechanics" (as he calls it) given by Miguel was one of the best body work experiences that I ever received (and that's over the past 20+ years of massages!) Miguel engages you, connects to what is going on and what you might need, and then uses a wholistic philosophy of body work that was truly transformational (both for the body and mind/emotions.) During the session he offered: targeted and deep (I asked for this) massage, excellent breath work that we did together, assisted stretching (which was out-of-this-world in terms of releasing tension and pain)m and he even asked if I was interested in positive affirmations to go along with it all -- which I said "absolutely and right one!" Other words to describe Miguel include: caring and kind touch, very considerate, engaging, professional and just an overall great person. I highly recommend Miguel for body work of any/all types! Special practitioner he is!

Saday came to give my mother a classic manicure and she was wonderful. She was extremely compassionate and caring as she was working with an elderly patient. Saday did a great job on my mother’s long nails too. I highly recommend Saday for her professionalism and fantastic demeanor with her clients. Keara is wonderful! I feel so relaxed now after my massage, she has a talent for getting out knots while not hurting the person, and the pressure was perfect. She is so knowledgable as well about the different muscle groups and stretch exercises and took extra time to show me what to do in between sessions. Thank you Keara! I highly recommend her.
