I'm active and athletic and get a lot of massages as part of an important health and self-care routine that I provide to myself on a regular basis. I can honestly say that the "body mechanics" (as he calls it) given by Miguel was one of the best body work experiences that I ever received (and that's over the past 20+ years of massages!) Miguel engages you, connects to what is going on and what you might need, and then uses a wholistic philosophy of body work that was truly transformational (both for the body and mind/emotions.) During the session he offered: targeted and deep (I asked for this) massage, excellent breath work that we did together, assisted stretching (which was out-of-this-world in terms of releasing tension and pain)m and he even asked if I was interested in positive affirmations to go along with it all — which I said "absolutely and right one!" Other words to describe Miguel include: caring and kind touch, very considerate, engaging, professional and just an overall great person. I highly recommend Miguel for body work of any/all types! Special practitioner he is!
