All confirmed group bookings (including but not limited to bookings for offices / teams, events, and other groups of 4 or more people) will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee if cancelled after the booking has been confirmed. Additionally, the following will also apply:

• 48 – 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking start time = 20% fee
• 24 – 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking start time = 50% fee
• 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking start time = 100% fee

To ensure you’re in great hands (literally) all providers on the Blys platform are carefully vetted and must complete a comprehensive onboarding process before joining the platform.

We require providers to have relevant qualifications for the services they offer, up-to-date insurance and valid business licenses. We also have an internal rating system for our providers.

Yes! You will be able to message your provider using the chat function in the app once your booking is confirmed.

To access the chat function, open your app and head to the upcoming bookings page, select your booking and then click your chosen service.

Your provider will also have the ability to message you prior to your appointment to ask any questions they may have to ensure they can best prepare to achieve your desired results.

Mobile wellness providers are required to bring quite a bit of equipment and therefore parking on the premise is preferred. If that isn’t available, we’ll ask you to specify the closest spot to park and if it requires any costs to be covered.

We require 48 hours notice to secure your booking.

Session times are flexible. The minimum time per employee is 10 mins, while the maximum is 2 hours.

Corporate massage services may be 100% tax deductible if offered free to staff (pending approval from your company’s finance team). However, health insurers do not usually provide rebates for in-office massages.

You can book massages 7 days a week from 6 am to 11pm. These hours refer to the first and last available appointment start times.

No, therapists you book via the platform do not use any oil for office massages, as they are performed fully clothed. This makes it very practical for the work place or event you’re based in.

The massage chair your therapist uses for your office massage session is always wiped down with antibacterial between every client, and they are required to use a disposable paper cover/lining every time.

Booking for an office event can be quite challenging, however, as a general rule, the uptake of massage is around 70%. So, if you have an office of around 50 people, you should expect around 35 attendees. If you consider 15 minutes of seated massage for each of the 35 team members, this would be around 9 hours in total. This is just a tentative guide, and it is a good idea to ask around the workplace in advance to gauge the interest.

Seated massage or an in-office chair massage is one of the most requested and appreciated reward for team members as a general perk, or on events and occasions like Employee Appreciation Day, holiday season, and Thanksgiving.

No, you don’t need to provide anything for the massage therapist. They will arrive with ergonomic massage chairs (or any other massage equipment, depending on the service you’ve chosen), disposables, music, and everything required to create a relaxing massage station. You just need to have sufficient space of either 3ft x 3ft for chair massage or 6.5ft x 6.5ft for table massage.

You can definitely extend on the day itself, provided your therapist is available. However, you will need to get in touch with our team for more details.

A contraindication is an injury or medical condition that may require therapists to modify, and in very rare cases refrain from doing massage. For example. if you or any of your team members has a strained wrist, your therapist could still massage the neck and shoulders, but just avoid the injured area. But if they have had a recent surgery, there will be an absolute contraindication, refraining the therapist from working on them. Generally the therapist can modify the sequence to make it safe and enjoyable.

When greeting the client, your therapist will ask for areas to focus on, any injuries/contraindications, pressure, and instruct them how to sit on the chair if it’s a chair/seated massage or the table if you’ve opted for a table massage. This generally takes about 1 or 2 minutes. At the end of the massage, the therapist will make sure the client gets off safely, and sanitizes the chair takes around another minute or two.

Workplace massage is charged per professional, per hour, with a two-hour minimum per professional. Your quote covers the selected treatment and booked hours, equipment, the 10% Blys service fee, and applicable surcharges for your date, time, venue and parking.

Professionals bring the treatment equipment and handle setup and pack-down. Allow 15 minutes at each end. For bookings longer than four hours per professional, we also account for the included 30-minute paid break when planning your schedule.

No. There’s no required gratuity for your business or employees. Tipping is entirely optional, so you can plan your budget around the quoted cost.

Yes. We support credit and debit card payments and direct bank transfer for businesses. We provide an invoice for each booking, offer monthly consolidated invoicing for corporate accounts, and help with purchase-order processing.

Share your billing and PO requirements when you inquire, and the Events team will work with you on the paperwork and payment arrangements. Standard event payments are due after the booking is confirmed and before the event takes place. Invoice arrangements and payment deadlines are agreed upfront, so your finance team knows what to expect.

Yes. With Blys for Teams, employees choose an available time through a shared scheduling link, receive a calendar confirmation, and can manage their own slot. If the schedule is full, they can join the waitlist and receive first-come, first-served notifications.

As the organizer, you can view and manage the full schedule, remove attendees from slots and download a PDF schedule. It gives you a clear view of participation without managing every sign-up by email.

Yes. We help organize ongoing workplace wellness, from weekly or monthly appointments to quarterly events.

Your Events contact helps plan the services, dates and professional coverage for each office, and sets out the booking and billing arrangements in your proposal. Share your locations, team sizes and preferred frequency, and we’ll help build a program around your workforce and budget.

You can also request preferred professionals for future appointments, subject to their availability.

Yes. Our Events team coordinates insurance documentation, including certificates of insurance (COIs), and helps complete vendor onboarding paperwork such as W-9s and vendor forms.

Send your venue’s requirements, certificate-holder details and submission deadline with your inquiry so we can organize the paperwork ahead of the event.

We also coordinate access instructions with the professionals. Include any sign-in, security or badging requirements in your inquiry, and your Events contact will work through the arrangements with you. You have one point of contact for coordinating the booking paperwork and venue details.

Our Events team helps you plan for accessibility and individual needs, including access to the treatment area and appropriate treatment options.

Employees should discuss pregnancy, injuries, medical conditions and treatment adjustments privately with the professional before their appointment. Pregnant employees need an appropriate pregnancy-massage treatment and setup, rather than automatically joining a standard chair-massage session.

Anyone with a health concern should seek advice from their healthcare professional before participating. The massage professional assesses suitability and adapts the treatment where appropriate. Employees do not need to share their medical history with the organizer or on a group schedule.
