How does Bly Mobile Physiotherapy work?

We deliver trusted physiotherapy services to your doorstep from $159 – by connecting you to a qualified physiotherapist in your local area.

No phone calls, no cash payments, no stress about finding the right practitioner or making the journey to the clinic and back. You simply make a booking online on our website or massage app, and we will have a qualified and vetted Blys physiotherapist knocking on your door in no time. Our costs cover all travel, parking and equipment required for your session.

What cities do you serve?

Mobile Physiotherapy is currently available in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth only – however we will be adding more cities soon.

Do I need a referral or any other medical information?

If you have a specialist or doctors referral, any scans (x-rays, CT, MRI or bone) or any other information that could give the physiotherapist more insight into your injury, please provide this. If not, just yourself, and the physio will ask questions and perform some tests to understand your injury or issue.

Please note, if you are claiming through DVA, an EPC Medicare Program, WorkCover or CTP you will require a doctors referral.

Where can I be treated, and is there an online option?

You can have you mobile physio session in the place that’s most convenient to you, whether it is in the comfort of your own home, in another more convenient setting or alternatively via our Telehealth physio option.

How much notice do I need to make an appointment?

Depending on therapist availability, we aim to connect patients with an available therapist within 24 hours from the time of enquiry. We can sometimes schedule you in on the same day, subject to availability.

Do I need to provide anything for my session?

Nope! Mobile physiotherapists provide all equipment. ?

All we need is for you to have thought of a small area for the treatment table to be set up. Since your body temperature can drop slightly during a consultation, please ensure the room is at a comfortable setting for you.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, light and loose fit clothing is best.

Can I get a rebate with my health fund?

Allied health services like Physio, Chiro and Osteo offer rebates for most health funds, but please check first with your health fund provider to ensure they offer rebates.

If they do, then simply add your fund name in the ‘Notes to Therapist’ box when booking online or via our mobile app and we’ll do our best to find you a practitioner with that fund.

After your treatment/ consultation, we will send you a tax invoice receipt created in the name of & on behalf of your practitioner via email – which can be used for your claim. (Please check as the receipt email may get routed to your Spam/Junk folder.)

Payments for gift vouchers and bookings using gift voucher codes can’t be claimed unless the person who bought the voucher and the person who received the treatment are the same.

Can I use my NDIS funding or Home Care Package to book?

Yes, absolutely. We work with hundreds of NDIS and HCP recipients across Australia – either directly through self-managed funds, or through agencies and support coordinators.

Can I choose my Physiotherapist?

Yes! You can browse Physiotherapists in your area by heading to the provider directory and inputting your location and preferred service type into the search field.  

From here you can click the individual provider listings to view their complete profile including their bio, reviews and rating. 

Once you’ve chosen your preferred Physiotherapist you can book them directly by clicking the ‘book’ button on their profile page. 

If your selected Physiotherapist isn’t available, we’ll prompt you to either reschedule to another time or select another Physiotherapist in your area.
