We understand that everyone has their own way of keeping up with the notifications. Some prefer the immediacy of SMS, and others like the convenience of an email. And many love the quick and quirky prompts from our in-app push notifications. 

With this new feature, you now have full control over how you receive notifications on the platform. Not only can you choose how you receive important updates about your bookings, you can also select which marketing emails, notifications and SMS (if any) you want to receive.

How it works

1. Go to Settings.

2. Go to Communication Preferences.

3. Select your preferred method (email, push notifications, or SMS) for each type of booking related communication and marketing updates.
