Essential oils can be applied in three ways: topically, aromatically and ingested. We do not recommend ingesting any essential oil as this can have adverse effects on the body. You aromatherapy massage therapist may use essential oils topically in their massage oil, or aromatically. If you have any preferences regarding application or scent, include this in the Notes section during the booking process, and talk to your therapist upon arrival.

If you have any aromatic requests, we suggest you leave these in the Notes section during the booking process to ensure we match you with a therapist who can meet your needs. If you’re going to eat, we recommend having something small no less than two hours prior to your massage. That’s it – your massage therapist will handle the rest.
