No phone calls, no cash payments, no stress about finding the right therapist or making the journey to the spa and back. Simply make a booking online or via our app, and we’ll have a licensed & vetted therapist knocking on your door in no time.

What types of services can I book through Blys?

You can book mobile massage and beauty treatments, 7 days a week, 6am to midnight.

Can I re-book with the same providers?

Absolutely! Our easy to use booking platform makes it super easy to rebook your favourite providers.

Simply go to your ‘past bookings’ section of your account, find your favourite therapist, and click ‘rebook’.

Some providers get booked out fast, so if you loved a specific provider and don’t want to miss out, we recommend you book your next treatment in advance.

The Blys mobile app also allows you to add therapists to a ‘favourites’ list for quick access.

What times can I book a massage or beauty treatment?

You can book massage and beauty treatments with Blys 7 days a week from 6 am to midnight, including holidays. These hours refer to the first and last available appointment start times.

What happens if there’s no providers available?

In the event that there are no available providers in your area for your requested booking date and time, we’ll get in touch via email and an app push notification to check whether you would like to reschedule or cancel. We don’t charge you until your provider has confirmed so you won’t be out of pocket if your booking doesn’t get confirmed.

Which cities and areas can I book in?

Currently, you can book services through Blys in Las Vegas, Chicago, Houston, Austin, Los Angeles, Dallas, Denver – with more cities coming soon.

How do I book a home massage or beauty treatment through Blys?

You can book a home massage or beauty treatment using our website or on-demand app. After your booking has been confirmed you’ll get real-time updates about the location of your therapist via the app.

Can I choose my massage therapist?

Yes! You can browse massage therapists in your area by heading to the provider directory and inputting your location and preferred service type into the search field.

From here you can click the individual provider listings to view their complete profile including their bio, reviews and rating.

Once you’ve chosen your preferred massage therapist you can book them directly by clicking the ‘book’ button on their profile page.

If your selected massage therapist isn’t available, we’ll prompt you to either reschedule to another time or select another massage therapist in your area.

Do I need to provide anything for my mobile massage?

Nope! All mobile massage therapists bring everything needed for a perfect at-home massage: a professional table, fresh sheets and towels, lotion or oils, soothing music, and most importantly – the best hands in the business!

All you need to do beforehand is pick the room you’d like to have your treatment in and clear 2x2m of floor space for your provider to set up their massage table.

What should I wear during the massage?

Whatever makes you comfortable – you determine your own level of comfort when disrobing, but typically you’ll undress down to your underwear.

As per Blys guidelines, clients are required to wear underwear for the duration of the massage.

All therapists are trained to give you the privacy to undress, they will simply step outside the room briefly and come back in when you’re ready. In addition, the utmost respect is given in regards to draping throughout the massage to ensure private areas are never exposed.

In regards to chair massages, the client remains fully dressed – though some choose to remove bulky sweaters or jackets.

Can I get a rebate for my massage with my health fund?

Yes, you can – however we cannot guarantee it as it depends on the health fund you’re with and the availability of therapists.

If you’d like to claim a health fund rebate for your massage, simply add your requirement in the ‘notes for therapist’ section when booking and we’ll do our best to find an available therapist with that health fund.
