We were impressed with Tay's professionalism, positive attitude, and friendliness. Her work attire was professional, and her attitude was positive and pleasant at all times. She was gentle with Mom while doing her manicure and pedicure. Her products were clean and sterilized, and she had plenty of nail polish colors to choose from. She was knowledgeable about nail care and showed a lot of passion while doing Mom's mani-pedi. She also went above and beyond in her service for Mom, and we even added Dad at the last minute, and she took care of him afterwards. We enjoyed having Tay in our home and highly recommend her.
